2022 Annual Dues Letters Have Been Sent Out

The 2022 annual dues letters have been sent out. If you did not receive your letter, please contact Homes Association Solutions at 913.825.0001. The homeowner assessment dues are $175 for the 2022 fiscal year. These dues cover the cost of trash, recycling, and yard waste. You can pay your dues by mailing a check to Homes Association Solutions, LLC in the enveloped provided with the letter you received or you can go online to the Resident Information page of this website. Please note that a convenience fee, charged by the online payment processor, will be assessed for online transactions.
