Johnson County Christmas Bureau will be at our Fall Festival and will be collecting the following items:

Coats (new and gently used)
Grocery: Cereal, Mac and cheese (blue box)
Baby and toddler hats and mittens
Personal care items: Shampoo and conditioner
Gift wrap and puzzles (new and gently used)

2026 HOA BOARD ELECTIONS

Have you ever considered being on the Morningview HOA Board? No experience necessary, just a desire to be a part of a team helping to make our neighborhood a great place to live.

Requirements:

Must be a current homeowner in Morningview
Attend the 4 HOA meetings during the 2026 calendar year
Contribute during the meeting discussions
Participate in the HOA sponsored activities/events
Be a positive member of our neighborhood

Plan on attending the meeting on Tuesday, December 9, 2025, at 7:00 pm. Meetings are held at First Baptist Church of Overland Park (Behind Aldi). We will vote at the meeting on December 9, 2025. Let us know if you have any questions.

Meetings are open to all residents of the Morningview neighborhood and are held at 7:00 pm on the Tuesday evenings listed above.

Meetings will be held in person at

First Baptist Church of Overland Park,

8200 W. 96th Street, OP (behind Aldi) as well as virtual.
