Ongoing Invitation

Think about serving on the Board in the future: If you are able to attend 3 out of 4 meetings in a given year, your homeowner's dues will be refunded at the final meeting of the year. There is currently one open Board position.

Morningview residents can email the Board with questions or concerns using the following email address:  MVHomesboard@googlegroups.com

Meetings are open to all residents of the MorningView neighborhood and are held at 7:00 pm on the Tuesdays listed below. While we normally meet  at the Westbrooke Christian Church 9777 Antioch Rd, meetings will be held on Zoom until further notice.

  • February 9, 2021

  • April 13, 2021

  • September 14, 2021

  • November 9, 2021

If the Shawnee Mission School district closes for inclement weather, the church building will be closed for the entire day, including evening activities...which means the MVHA meeting will be rescheduled.

Home Association Dues

Homes Association Dues for 2021 will be temporarily reduced to $150 (from $175). Dues have been stable at $175 since 2018.  The reduction is to ease the burden on members due to the pandemic. Invoices will be sent to all residents.
